JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
W.S.H.E. PRESIDENT
- Provide direction and coordinate the affairs of the Association.
- Preside at all meetings
- Work with the officers and board members in coordinating the annual plan and activities of the chapter
- Sign all documents of the Association as authorized.
- Review the Secretary/Treasures report for membership approval.
- Direct and review Committee agendas.
- Direct and approve the Budget for the Association.
- Represent the Wyoming Society to the American Society for Healthcare Engineering.
- Establish a yearly advocacy issue.
- Provide invitations for ASHE rep and Region 10 rep to WSHE annual spring meeting.
W.S.H.E. SECRETARY/TREASURE
- Attend, record and distributes the minutes of all W.S.H.E. meetings.
Receives all income and makes all Organization disbursements on behalf of the Society.
- Maintains an accurate and up to date roster of WSHE state members and addresses and provides a list at official functions as needed.
- Maintains accurate and complete financial records of the organization.

- Provide a record keeping system for all documents and records as needed.
Make regular quarterly reports to meet the time line described in the list of annual events.
- Submit a proposed budget to the President in the last quarter of each year for review, approval and publication at the beginning of the next year.
- Prepare and submit financial records for audit at the request of the President of the Board.
- Support the administrative needs of the WSHE Association as needed.
W.S.H.E. PRESIDENT ELECT
- Preside at Meetings in the absence of the President.
- Attends/Participates in the annual plan and activities of the chapter.
- Attends ASHE presented Chapter Leadership Conference.
- Supports the needs of the organization as needed and assigned.
- Monthly newsletter information and distribution.
- Contract negotiation (meals, breaks, rooms, etc.) for WSHE spring meeting.
W.S.H.E. BOARD MEMBER
- Establish and maintain a list of Vendors and coordinate their attendance at the WSHE Spring and Fall meetings.
- Attends/Participates in the annual plan and activities of the chapter.
- Provide monthly newsletter information.
- Support the needs of the organization as needed and assigned.
